Summary
CVE-1999-1284 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting NukeNabber. An attacker can cause the server to become unresponsive by connecting to the NukeNabber port (1080) without sending any data. This results in the report.exe program consuming 100% of the CPU resources, rendering the server unavailable to legitimate users. This issue can lead to significant downtime and disruption to services.
