Summary
CVE-1999-1284 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting NukeNabber. An attacker can cause CPU usage to spike to 100% by connecting to the NukeNabber port (1080) without transmitting any data. This results in the execution of the report.exe program, which in turn consumes significant system resources, ultimately leading to a denial-of-service condition.
