Summary

CVE-1999-1257 is a vulnerability affecting Xyplex terminal server versions, including 6.0.1S1. An attacker can exploit this issue by bypassing the password prompt in two ways: sending a CTRL-Z character or a question mark (?) during the login process. Successful exploitation grants unauthorized access to the terminal server.
