Summary
CVE-1999-1200 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Vintra SMTP MailServer. An attacker can trigger the issue by sending a malformed "EXPN *@" command. This command causes the mail server to enter an infinite loop, leading to a resource exhaustion and subsequent denial of service. This vulnerability could be exploited to cause significant disruption to email services if the affected system is not properly patched.
