Summary
CVE-1999-1199 is a vulnerability affecting Apache WWW server version 1.3.1 and earlier. This issue permits remote attackers to trigger a denial of service condition by sending a large number of MIME headers with identical names. This results in resource exhaustion, causing the server to become unresponsive.
