Summary
CVE-1999-1190 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the POP3 server of Admiral Systems EmailClub 1.05. A remote attacker can exploit this flaw by sending an email with a long "From" header. The excess data overflows the buffer, resulting in arbitrary code execution, allowing the attacker to execute commands with administrative privileges.
