Summary

CVE-1999-1170 is a vulnerability affecting IPswitch IMail. Maliciously setting the "flags" registry key to 1920 enables local users to elevate their privileges and make modifications to or even add new mail accounts. This issue grants unauthorized access and control, potentially leading to sensitive data breaches or system compromise.
