Summary
CVE-1999-1156 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting BisonWare FTP Servers version 4.1 and earlier. An attacker can exploit this issue by sending a malformed PORT command with a non-numeric character and a large number of carriage returns, leading to a server crash and subsequent unavailability of the FTP service.
