Summary
CVE-1999-1132 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Windows NT 4.0 systems. Malicious actors can exploit this issue by sending specially crafted packets, including extra source routing data with a hop count greater than 7 or duplicate Token Ring IDs. This can result in a crash of the affected system, rendering it unavailable to users.
