This issue arises due to insecure file permissions, enabling local users to gain unauthorized access to sensitive configuration data. The vulnerable files include swim_swd.log, swim_debug.log, dbi_debug.log, and temporary files starting with "DPR_". Usernames, passwords, and SNMP community strings can be obtained from these files, posing a significant security risk.
