Summary

CVE-1999-0919 is a memory leak vulnerability affecting Motorola CableRouters. This issue allows remote attackers to execute a denial of service attack by establishing a large number of telnet connections. The memory leak occurs within the router's handling of these connections, leading to a resource exhaustion and eventual crash.
