Summary
CVE-1999-0886 is a vulnerability affecting the Remote Access Service (RAS) Manager (RASMAN) in older versions of Windows NT. Maliciously crafted service control commands could manipulate the security descriptor of RASMAN, allowing users to specify an alternate location.
