Summary
CVE-1999-0762 is a vulnerability affecting Netscape Communicator. When a maliciously crafted JavaScript code is embedded within a webpage's TITLE tag, an attacker can exploit this issue to launch attacks using the "about" protocol. This allows unauthorized access to sensitive browser information. This vulnerability poses a serious risk to users who visit malicious websites, as they may unknowingly reveal personal information or allow remote code execution.
