Summary

CVE-1999-0752 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Netscape Enterprise Servers. The issue arises from a buffer overflow in the SSL handshake process. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted SSL packets to the server, leading to a denial-of-service condition. The server becomes unresponsive and unable to handle legitimate requests, causing a disruption in service. This vulnerability can be potentially exploited to launch denial-of-service attacks against affected systems.
