Summary
CVE-1999-0720 is a vulnerability affecting the pt_chown command in Linux systems. This issue permits local users to alter the ownership of TTY terminal devices that belong to other users. An attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability to gain unauthorized access to the affected terminal devices, leading to significant security risks.
