Summary

CVE-1999-0711 is a vulnerability affecting Oracle 8.x Intelligent Agent for Unix. This issue allows local users to execute Tcl (Tool Command Language) commands with root privileges through the oratclsh interpreter. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by manipulating input to the interpreter, potentially gaining elevated access and compromising the system.
