Summary

CVE-1999-0682 is a vulnerability affecting Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5. This issue allows an attacker to bypass email relaying restrictions, enabling the transmission of unsolicited emails or spam, even when the server's anti-relaying features are enabled. The attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted SMTP messages that are encapsulated within other email traffic.
