Summary
CVE-1999-0584 is an old vulnerability affecting Windows NT systems. The issue lies in the file system not being NTFS (New Technology File System), which is the standard file system used by Windows NT and its derivatives. An attacker could exploit this to gain unauthorized access to files or even take control of the system.
