Summary

CVE-1999-0488 is a vulnerability affecting Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0. An attacker can exploit this issue by crafting malicious URLs and tricking users into visiting them. Upon visiting the URL, the attacker can execute security scripts in a different security context, which is a type of "cross frame" vulnerability.
