Summary
CVE-1999-0429 is a vulnerability affecting Lotus Notes 4.5 clients, which allows encrypted emails to be transmitted in plaintext over the network. This issue arises when the "Encrypt Saved Mail" preference is not set by the user, resulting in encrypted emails being converted to plaintext during transmission.
