Summary
CVE-1999-0427 refers to a denial-of-service vulnerability in Eudora version 4.1. Malicious actors can exploit this issue by sending email attachments with unusually long file names, causing the email client to crash or become unresponsive. The vulnerability can lead to a denial of service condition, preventing legitimate users from accessing their email accounts.
