Summary
CVE-1999-0366 refers to a vulnerability in Service Pack 4 for Windows NT 4.0. This issue allows unauthorized access to network shares under certain conditions, due to a problem with a null NT hash value. As a result, an attacker might be able to bypass authentication requirements and gain access to sensitive information or make modifications to files, despite the use of a blank password.
