Summary
CVE-1999-0366 is a vulnerability affecting Service Pack 4 for Windows NT 4.0. This issue allows unauthorized access to network shares under certain conditions, due to a problem with a null NT hash value. An attacker can potentially exploit this weakness to gain access to sensitive information or make modifications, by using a blank password. The vulnerability poses a significant risk to networks where Windows NT 4.0 systems with Service Pack 4 installed are present.
