Summary
CVE-1999-0259 is a vulnerability affecting the cfingerd daemon. This issue allows an unauthenticated attacker to retrieve a list of all users on a targeted system by sending a specially crafted search request to the affected service. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to enumeration of user accounts, potentially facilitating further attacks.
