Summary
CVE-1999-0130 is a vulnerability affecting the Sendmail mail transfer agent. The issue allows local users to initiate Sendmail in daemon mode and thereby gain root privileges, posing a significant security risk. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can bypass normal user restrictions and gain unrestricted access to the system.
