Summary
CVE-1999-0039 is a vulnerability affecting the webdist CGI program (webdist.cgi) in SGI IRIX. An attacker can exploit this weakness by injecting shell metacharacters into the distloc parameter, allowing them to execute arbitrary commands remotely.
