Summary
CVE-1999-0031 is a vulnerability affecting old versions of Internet Explorer (3.x and 4.x) and Netscape browsers (2.x, 3.x, and 4.x). This issue enables remote attackers to track users' web activities through JavaScript, a security flaw also known as the Bell Labs vulnerability. Attackers could exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious JavaScript code into websites, enabling them to monitor users' browsing history and input data.
