PREDICT Attendee Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to registration and attendance of Recorded Future’s Predict Conference (the “Event”). By proceeding with registration, you hereby agree to the following:

Attendance. Recorded Future seeks to conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and to comply with all applicable laws and rules. By proceeding with your registration, you certify that the Event does not conflict with your organization’s policies and procedures or local law, and that you are permitted by your organization to attend the Event.

Fees. Any fees required to attend the Event will be presented during the registration process. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe to process the payment for your registration fee. All fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Code of Conduct. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Firearms, weapons, or other items posing a threat to others’ physical safety are not permitted at the Event.
Recorded Future reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event immediately and without refund for impermissible conduct in Recorded Future’s sole discretion.

Media Consent. For the purpose of the Event, I agree that Recorded Future and its affiliates and vendors may take photos and record videos featuring me as an attendee. I authorize Recorded Future to reproduce, display, publish, broadcast and distribute photographs and video recordings featuring me in any internal and external media now known or later developed, in connection with the Event, other Recorded Future events, or marketing purposes.

Release. You hereby agree to release and hold harmless Recorded Future and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to your attendance at the Event, including but not limited to claims for property damage or personal injury, including physical or reputational harm.

Privacy. You acknowledge that your personal data will be collected and processed by Recorded Future as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
