About the Course
The Certified Analyst Lab is an advanced-level, virtual training held over three days. Each day combines live instruction, group discussions, and immersive hands-on exercises in a collaborative learning environment. Learners complete daily knowledge checks and a final cumulative exam through Recorded Future University.
What You’ll Learn
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Utilize the Recorded Future Platform to fulfill your organization's Intelligence Requirements (IRs)
- Extract and analyze intelligence using frameworks such as the Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, and the - Diamond Model
- Leverage the Advanced Query Builder to identify relevant threats, including credential leaks, vulnerabilities affecting your technology stack, and threats to your brand and infrastructure
- Analyze and visualize data references to uncover trends pertinent to your organization
- Use tools like Recorded Future AI, Threat Map, and Sandbox to proactively identify and prioritize threats

About the Course
The Geopolitical Certified Analyst Lab is a hands-on training where you will learn how to leverage Recorded Future to support your Geopolitical use-cases by understanding investigative techniques and tactics. Learn to apply pre-built frameworks for investigations, how to effectively utilize location data for advanced searching, and gain insight into the usefulness of geographic locations and tagging.
Objectives:
- Build queries to monitor impactful events and important locations
- Understand geopolitical events
- Create visualizations for finished intelligence reports
- Utilize an alert workflow to return relevant information from various sources
- Utilize workflows to align Geopolitical events with events in Cyberspace.
- Apply methodologies to answer Requests for Information or Intelligence Requirements
